The Yeti 500x became one of my all-time favorite batteries, and when a wildfire forced us to evacuate our home, it was time for us to look for a higher-capacity one that could power our most important appliances for days or weeks. This is our review of the Goal Zero Yeti 1500x, and how I used it with other brands' solar panels and power stations.

Read: 21 mins.Beelink took a bold step into releasing its first, AMD-based mini computer (with official AMD support and collaboration), and held almost nothing back when it set out to build the best PC it had ever made: the GT-R. It was beautiful with its blue exterior and glass top and immediately felt substantial to hold due in large part to its premium, metal components. It easily replaced my previous favorite, the Beelink U57. Fast-forward three months later, and I had given away the GT-R to my brother for an opportunity to purchase and compare the newer GT-R Pro. Read: 9 mins.Biking is a form of exercise and adding an electric motor gives me some mixed feelings. On the other hand, assisted pedaling or fully motorized transportation is a great way to explore difficult or far-reaching areas normally inaccessible to the casual bicyclist. Rides with friends used to be a regular weekend activity before having kids where I purposely chose to be on a mountain bike going around 10 mph. This was to slow myself down for the relaxed riders in the group. Recently, however, my wife wanted to get a motorized bike for her mother so she could join us for family rides. We ultimately decided on the semi-foldable Gyroor C3.

Read: 4 mins.I had owned several, hobbyist-level, remote control cars over the years -- the kind where you can literally take apart each component, upgrade parts, and tweak your vehicles to your liking. They generally cost several $100's. There are also less expensive ones that I allow my children to play and practice the controls with. This particular Bezgar 1 is a good, introductory vehicle into the hobbyist world of RC cars with excellent, all-terrain, waterproof performance.

Read: 6 mins.A few months ago, we had purchased a 9' x 7' bounce house for our daughter's birthday so the kids could enjoy themselves during the small, COVID-19 pandemic-restricted celebration. Even though we loved watching the kids jump up and down, they seemed to lose interest after a few minutes, and so we were on the lookout for a more EXCITING one that also had a large slide. Like before, at a rental cost of $75-$99 a day, it made financial sense to purchase a bounce house for long-term, repeated use, and this one from Bountech did not disappoint.
